Can you make custom awards and corporate gifts?
Yes. We have made many awards and corporate gifts for our customers. Even custom Christmas ornaments
I've seen some of your game boards on social media, can I get one customized for my company? We want to bring it to trade shows!
Absolutely! We love making these and nothing brings people into your trade show booth more than an interactive game!
Printing
Do you offer proofs or samples?
We have many stock samples available that we’d be happy to send you at no additional charge. There is a fee for custom samples and hard proofs.
What materials can you print on?
Virtually ANYTHING! Some of the most common materials are paper, vinyl, metal, glass, plastic and wood.
How large can you actually print?
As large as you can imagine! The largest output size is determined by the resolution of the file. If the file is 1500×1500 dpi, we wouldn’t recommend going larger than 15”x15”, but if your file is 1500000×1500000 dpi…well, your print would be about as tall as the Empire State Building.
Designs
I have an idea but I can't make a design. Do you have a designer?
Yes, we have a team of designers with over 50 years of design experience, combined.
Should I use CMYK or RGB color mode for my photographic images?
Our final artwork is printed in RGB, however both are acceptable.
What files types or software applications do you accept?
Vector or layered PDFs are preferred. Photoshop, Illustrator & packaged InDesign files are also accepted. Just so long as it's not victor files, vector. ; )
Can I use a photo I found online?
Possibly — stock imagery websites have great, high-resolution photography best suited to be printed at large sizes. Always obtain the proper license and permissions prior to use.
What resolution is recommended for large-format image files?
We recommend 100dpi at full size (in inches) for graphics larger than 22″x28″. A minimum of 300dpi for anything smaller.
What format of my logo will work best?
We recommend sending your logo as a vector PDF, EPS or AI.
Can you help with my special color matching needs?
We’d be happy to! After all, we pride ourselves on being color management experts. If you know your Pantone colors let us know. If you don't, we do offer Color Matching, however it does have an extra fee.
Installation
Can you wrap anything?
Cars, trucks, boats, oh my. We can wrap just about anything you can think of...we've even wrapped a couple of caskets. Many variables come into play when wrapping so give us a call and we can set up a consultation appointment.
I have an old wrap on my vehicle and I want to remove it. Can you do that and what would it cost?
Yes, we can remove wraps. Cost would depend on the state of the wrap. schedule a visit and we can look at it.
I bought graphics elsewhere, can you help me install them?
Yes.
Do you have certified installers?
Yes, we have a 3M Preferred installer and a PDAA Certified installer on staff

Do you provide installation services?
Yes, we have a dedicated and professional team of installers ready to take on your job.
Delivery
Do you ship decals? I would like to order them and install them myself.
Absolutely we can.
How soon will I receive my order?
Most of our orders are fulfilled and ready in as little as one business day — if not the same day! More complex orders, such as vehicle wraps, typically fall within 3–5 business days pending artwork approval.
Pricing
Is there an order minimum?
There is no quantity minimum and we are happy to produce as little as 1 unit.
How much is a car wrap?
This could be as little as a few hundred dollars to several thousand dollars. Our experienced staff is here to help and partner with you so no matter the budget, you can have something to be proud of.
Which factors determine your pricing?
While there are many factors that determine pricing, the biggest are material, size and quantity.

How long will my sign last?

Absolutely! We'll send your sales consultant to your space and you plan together.
Do you print stickers?
Of course, more than we can count and we have many different materials to fit your needs.
