With FedEx, you are able to ship FedEx Ground within 1-3 days to almost anywhere in the Continental United States. Packages larger than 96” x 30” x 4” cannot be shipped by FedEx. Because your product arrives so quickly, there is rarely a need for more expensive shipping options. Checking your order’s estimated delivery time is made simple by just clicking on the tracking number on your Pixus shipping email or log on to FedEx.com.

IF FEDEX IS NOT THE BEST OPTION FOR YOU, WE CAN SHIP 3 DAY SELECT, 2ND DAY AIR, NEXT DAY AIR, AND NEXT DAY AIR – EARLY A.M.

STANDARD MOTOR FREIGHT

When heavier deliveries are necessary or packages are unable to be shipped FedEx, Motor Freight is our recommended method of shipping. Three alternative options are available:

  • Freight – No Liftgate: The delivery truck arrives at your business or home. You are solely responsible for removing the pallet from the delivery truck. This option is only recommended for businesses with a forklift or standard 48” high dock and pallet jack.
  • Freight – With Liftgate: The delivery truck arrives at your business or home. The pallet will be lowered to the ground on the liftgate. You are solely responsible for removing the pallet from the delivery truck. This option is only recommended only for businesses with forklift or pallet jack.
  • Freight – Inside Delivery: The delivery truck arrives at your business or home. The pallet will be lowered to the ground on the liftgate and moved inside to ground level. A freight elevator must be supplied by your business if delivery to a higher location is needed.
  • Will Call: The option of Will Call services is available for businesses or customers wanting to pick up their products. If products are picked up by customers of a purchasing business, the purchaser is solely responsible and assumes all liabilities for any product picked up.
